We want you to be fully satisfied with your Dasique beauty products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back into their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
